Nuclear Combustion, and how we could use it in normal engines
Everyday, we use engines where fuel is compressed using pistons, and get's so hot, and when a spark plug hits, it ignites and gives an opposite force...
You might need a HUGE car for that, but this might work.
So here's how it looks:-
You might have observed that there's a spark between the second and the third stage...
I've thought of one WITHOUT that (there's the diesel engine, but this one's different).
And I thought, nuclear power using a piston!
In nuclear power plants, there is a huge nuclear reactor where nuclear fission occurs and temperatures are EXTREME! This heat is used for boiling water. The steam will be used like any other steam engine, running a turbine which it pushes.
That heat could be used as a replacement for spark plugs, and fuel will light in seconds and burn and produce pressure full on with such heats.
Good idea but boiling dangerous!!!
Maybe one day, when petroleum is all out, and we can use petrol in only very puny rations and expect it exert it's maximum, we could use this (make sure GreenPeace isn't watching!).
Nuclear Power is something which just should not be misused. Luckily, these days, though a lot of dangerous nuclear weapons are made, they are very responsibly controlled by all the countries in need of it.
Some of the biggest Nuclear disasters happened in Japan, like the Hiroshima and Nagasaki Bombing, and the nuclear power plant leak, and not to forget some of the most ruthless tests done by numerous countries on barren lands, after such tests, with such high nuclear radioactivity, never will that barren land ever have any hope of becoming green, and also some of the tests on animals to see effects and cures of radioactive blasts.
