A mysterious phenomenon of Magnets
This time, I have discovered something, not invented
We had learnt that magnets show a very funny phenomenon of repelling and attracting even though it is facing the same side, but turned over.
My questions to you-
So this is quite easy......
Things needed for the project-
2 magnets (Preferably Bar)
Some patience as magnets can sometimes be stubborn and get stuck to the other
Energy for the process of doing this
Method-
Take both of the magnets, fix one of your magnets into a steady place, take the other magnet and point it's like side towards the other one, it will repel, but just turn it over, pointing the same side, it will attract, I feel this is an effect of gravity acting on the magnetic force, as how is it possible that, I am pointing the same side but I just turned it over and it attracts.
Here is a pictorial representation-
( The object with wheels and a white platform is just a magnetic car)
A magnet is needed.
Another Magnet.
They attract, also, you may realize the car has been turned.
In this post, we ended with a very unexpected result which amuses me, as a student.

My questions to you-
- Do you think the magnets are reacting due to the effect of gravity?
- Is it that the upper and lower sides are attracting and repelling due to the poles?
Please give suggestions, comments and feed backs if you know more about this topic.
Hey!
I just found the reason for this weird reason!!
One of my friends have given me a pretty believable answer which I think may be the reason for this phenomenon.
So here-----
Simple Diagrams!
It's pretty small, but up there, you may see 2 magnets.
As in the first set, The south side and the south side; and the north side and the north side of the 2 magnets are facing each other, thus repelling.
Now in the next set, the second magnet is flipped (North :: South has become South :: North), though the same side is facing the other magnet, the vertical sides apply to their positions and so work.
You should try this, don't know how my friend figured it out so fast!

I made that picture myself in Paint, came out pretty neat!
